Boris Shakhnovich and Nina Kirillova

Boris and Nina come from an international background of competition and training. They both have a Masters in Sports which is equivalent to our Masters in Physical Education. Boris and Nina were competitors for 15 years for Russia and its provinces where Nina became an Elite Champion for Lithuania. Through their 19 years of coaching in Belarus they consistently won the National Team Championships within the former Soviet Union as well as producing individual National Champions. "Our kids were the best.... always" states Boris. In 1979 Boris received the title of Honorary Coach for Belarus. He has traveled much of Europe and South America guest speaking at coaching clinics and organizations. Twelve years ago they came to the US bringing with them their expertise gained through experience as international gymnastics instructors.
