Class Ratio: 8 / 1
In level 2 and 3 classes each student will continue to grow in strength and coordination while learning skills which require more strength and control.  Routines from the USAG J.O. Program for all events are part of the curriculum at these levels.  These are the same routines the pre-team level 2 and 3’s compete.
Focus for class:

  • Strength elements for each event
  • Balance and body control
  • Begin more advanced skills groups
  • Level 2 and 3 USA Gymnastics Routines
