Stephen is well versed in many areas of sports. He was a successful athlete in football and baseball throughout high school. He graduated from DBU with his Bachelor in Kinesiology. Stephen spent 4 years as a personal trainer. He uses his knowledge in strength and sports training to help create stronger competitive athletes and has had the pleasure of coaching many of our competitive team girls who made it all the way to nationals. Stephen plays competitive volleyball and has entered many sand and grass tournaments. He also tries to play as much golf as his time and wallet allows!
