The Mind Mastery Gymnastics Camp
Date: December 14th & 15th, 2024
Saturday 2:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Sunday 10 am - 3 pm
Location: Lancaster, Texas
Ages: 7 yrs. - 18 yrs.
Introducing The Mind Mastery Gymnastics Camp, a 2-day experience where gymnasts can learn actual mental techniques and gain the tools to become more confident and successful on and off the mat. As a former college gymnast, I have first-hand experience with knowing how emotionally and mentally challenging the sport can be and how frustrating it is when your mind holds you back from being the best gymnast you can be. My goal behind this camp is to educate gymnasts on how to conquer their mind and be their most confident self in and out of the gym, whether that means working through a mental block, controlling their emotions, conquering self-doubt, etc. There will be former and current elite/NCAA gymnasts, along with other dedicated professionals in their field, to share their experiences and proven mental techniques that helped them win and be successful. This really is a camp unlike any others.
Beam Queen Bootcamp

If you've been to an event before then you already know that Beam Queen Bootcamp is a two-day, traveling gymnastics event, focusing on skills, drills, and body movement for the balance beam. The goal of BQBC is to empower gymnasts to be confident on beam by strengthening their mental and physical techniques. They teach them how to perform on the event and provide the tools to master balance beam, which we believe sets a good foundation for success in life.
